CRS 438 but did not receive the ITA

Hi,
I have 438 CRS points for the 72nd draw but have not received the ITA. Is anyone else sharing the same pain?

This is frustrating. So I need to wait till the end of the day as I have heard t hat sometimes it takes 24 hours which are already finished.

Yes sometimes takes 24 hours to recieve the ITA

I called IRCC number . The person on the call (after 40 min wait time) said to me that they cannot provide information on this. Also, gave some wague answer that there are other criteria besides points. She sent me an email after the call but that is nothing new more than the clear points based system.

When did you create your EE profile ?
Was it too recent like just the day before draw ?
Write to IRCC, call them again, some agents behave robotic while some are very nice.
So try calling again and probably you get a better agent.

I had created my profile on 29 Aug 2017. This is reflecting my online profile as well. I got the Acknowledgement message as well on the online account same day saying that the profile is included in the Pool.
