I have a CRS score of 425. The Express Entry cut-off stands at 441. Should I wait or try to better my score?

If you have option to improve you're score please do as the number of people entering the pool has increased with more than 440 score

They are issuing NOI for people who created their profile this year and currently I've seen people in 435 to 441 range..but I have also seen people in the forum with 410 to 420 get NOIS...you will just have to wait till they issue if they are interested in NOIs

Slim in the near future maybe December 2018 will have a chance
