I have raised my concern on April 18th and reported the technical issue that I was not able to re-create my EE profile.
The deleted profile was still showing "Submitted" state and because of this I didn't see the EE profile button in my dashboard till next day.

I reported the issue on April 18 and have raised the technical issue with CIC as well.
Still I haven't been given any resolution of the issue or any ITA.

I even wrote to Hon. Minister of Immigration Mr. Ahmed Hussein regd. my concern but haven't received any update/reply from his team either.

I have again raised the concern on April 25 and given all the screenshots of the issue faced.
Will there be any use of raising the technical issue because I haven't received any resolution on my concern so far.

I have had similar issue. I'm at 420 CRS but didn't get the ITA. Found out there was some mess up by the consultant. Now they have recreated the profile on 22nd April and I'm hoping for the next draw.

Can you please tell me a sure way of ensuring that my job bank is active and connected to my new profile? I got the job bank letter and am able to log in to the job bank. When I try to enter the new EE number and code in the job bank, it says the number already exists.

I want to be sure that I don't miss the next draw.

To check whether your job bank is active, you need to login into your EE dashboard and click on the profile. There you will see all the information including your Job Bank status.
For the info you gave, it seems like your new profile has been connected to the job bank but it will not hurt to confirm the info from your EE dashboard.
