CRS 390 +

Hi,

I have just entered into EE. As per the comprehensive ranking system points calculator on CIC website, my score is 398. I am aware that lowest cutoff till date is 447. I wanted to have an opinion if there are any chances of cut off going below 390 within this year. Kindly share your observations or what can be done to make things better.

If they issue 3500+ invitations each draw, you could have a chance but nobody can predict.

If possible, you may want to try to raise your score by a couple points. This could make you eligible for OINP (if rules remain the same as last year), which has a cutoff score of 400 for it's invitations.

Thank you! Trying to see if I can get through that by submitting my spouse's ECA. That would give me about 10 points and might help.

Yeah definitely add that when you can. Sounds like OINP will be inviting in smaller amounts to avoid being overwhelmed, last year they sent a lot of invites at once and it slowed their processing of applications down.

Improve your language scores.

I have 7.5 currently and honestly, I am not sure if I can get past that. My only hope is to consider my spouse's education and may be consider TEF? That might take me to 410 + 5 months down the lane, may be?? Just some calculations to see where I can improve
