CRS: 390, NOC: 2173, Which PNP to focus on?

There are over 60 PNPs, and many require job offers. I want to focus on PNPs that don't need a job offer (if I had an offer, I would get cut off with FSW).

What are some of the PNPs that I should look into? and which ones would need separate application / vs invitation based on EE profile?
