What shall I do to increase my score? I have few friends living in different parts of canada. no one from Manitoba but.
Without knowing your profile, How old are you? Can you get a masters or PG diploma? Become fluent in French.
Age- 29 yrs old
Education- B.Tech - IT
Work Experience - 7 yrs 8 months in 2171 NOC ( i will complete 8 yrs exp in starting march)
My plan was to get a master's degree after PR otherwise it will be too costlier. And it is going to take 2 years to complete it.
What do i do? In listening i got 7.5 , how do i get an 8?

Not married yet. And I am from India.
You can look at asking a one year post grad diploma and see if it bumps up your score with improved IELTS. You are turning 30 so you will start losing points.
