I have a question regarding traveling from Vancouver to say Seattle through the land borders.
The question is the following:
Q1: Do you need a visa to travel to the states on a RTD, or would presenting the RTD at entry suffice?
Q2: in case you indeed do, Does the ban on certain countries of origin effect the visa process, even though, I'm not going to be using my home country's passport?
Ps: I have a social security and a work permit in the states. Would that effect the process anyhow, positively or negatively?
I have tried to find info all over the web but couldn't. Also tried to phone the embassy but getting a hold of someone wasn't going well. I thought I'd ask in case someone had ran into that before, or have knowledge of the issue
