Hi guys,
I would like to get your idea about this situation because I am quite puzzled.
I want to apply for permanent residence through Canadian experience class category but when I created an account for this, the system prompted me to apply for express entry at first. I would like to state my case down here and hopefully get an answer.
1)Have MEng degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University (Ottawa, ON)
2)Have been working in a company (Aluminum fabrication company, we build mobile storages and I design them with a CAD software full time 40 hours a week) since August 2016 and my title at the company is "Mechanical Designer" (In Canada/Ontario)
I am not sure which is my NOC.
2132 - Mechanical Engineers
or
2253 - Drafting Technologists and Technicians
The position is advertised at times by the company as "Mechanical Designer" or "Mechanical Design Draftsperson".
Additionally, I am so puzzled about Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). Do I need to contact my employer to get one?
Thanks for your answers.
