Hey guys on what basis do the canadian high commission rejects a study permit by saying no home ties? What does this mean? Why does they say so? Any idea!

Means you have no intention of coming back home after your studies. No strong ties

But how does they come to know about whether a student will return or not? What documents do they consider to say this?

well even i had the same doubt. so i had prepared a detailed SOP stating on my intention to study and in canada and reasons justifying my return.

But my consultants told not to include SOP, since its under SPP only the required docs should be included.
Any additional documents they will consider this under general...SO i dint include SOP.

am also quite clueless on that... ???

Even my consultants said the same thing. Not to include anything else other than the documents which are mentioned. Lets see wat happens. Whats your application status? Did u do ur medicals before?

actually they are very concious about selection students, i think under spp personal information form is vital. bcoz students have to mention their family condition which is very important to a visa officer. year gap, non payment of full fees, family income, irelevent course all this reasons are behind for a visa rejection.

dear friend i have shown my mother's income(Rs.1,87000) i am a only son of my parent. my father deceased on 2009. but i have a good loan amt, against some good fds. do u think it is good?

Have u shown 80% loan of d total cost including tuition fees and living expenses? Den i guess dere shldnt b any prob. But u could hav raised ur mom's annual income a bit high. Dat wont b a prob.

No difference on my status...its still under processing...i had completed my medicals before applying...
getting tensed as days go by...
