Hey everyone. I checked the forum, couldn't find the information
Here is the case. I applied for immigration through FSW program. My application was filed on December 16th, 2014 and my CC Was charged on 9th of Feb. it's been a month and I did not get my PER so far. There are lots of people who got it.
I lived in Canada for 3 years. I think that they might check my police background then, that is why it might take so long to get PER. I JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR CIC TO GET POLICE CLEARANCE REPORT???
Thank you!!!!

Depends on what they are looking into. Takes between 4 weeks to 6 months.
This issue aside, you have a low patience threshold man! I would say stay put and don't worry much, it will flow in eventually.

Best of luck mate,

Your application is not put into processing until you receive that document. And the police check will not be conducted until your application is put into processing. So that's not a cause of "delay." And agree with rezafc - it's too soon to call it it a delay...

More questions on the FSW program should be posted in the FSW forum (this is the CEC forum).
