Criminal Record Check or Vulnerable Record check or maybe both?

Hello,

I live in Canada and I'm applying for PR. I get confused what police certificate I should submit. I know that I need to submit Criminal record check but wasn't sure if I should also submit Vulnerable record check. Any informed suggestion?

You do not need to submit a Police Check from Canada. Many do just as a precaution. CIC will randomly ask applicants to submit a Canadian Criminal Record Check but not everybody is asked. You do not need a vulnerable sector check (that is needed when you want to work with children etc but not for permanent residency)

yes thats true, I don't want any delay so I prefer to submit it upfront.

It will not delay or speed up the process. But If you do not upload and they want it, it will waste some time.

I uploaded both and one from my country total 3.
