Hi,
I lived in South Korea for one year from 2007-2008 as a foreign national. But for Canadian immigration I require Criminal History Information Record of Korea (Canada immigration purpose). But the procedure says I must send a notarized form to my representative. But I do not have any connection or representative in South Korea. Please kindly provide me useful information to get the certificate.
.

Thank you in advance.

is there a Korean Embassy where you live? I believe you can get the certificate from there...

I also require a Criminal history information record but don't have any friends or acquaintances currently living in South Korea. I live in Winnipeg and we don't have a Korean Embassy just the Korean Consulate....would they have the Criminal history information record application forms?
