I am filing my application under the Employer driven Category-- International Graduate.

I have Open work permit. But there is a criminal charges going on me under Fraud by my employer. My case is still going on and it will be many months to get resolved. I also have to file for my AINP ASAP as my new employer is ready to support me.

My question is-- will my criminal charges affect my filing? Is there any chances of rejection? will I get AINP nomination?

I really need genuine reply.
Please reply me back, its very important for me.
Thanks in advance.
Waiting for your reply.

Hi vijo11,

the province does not run criminality checks on applicants so you can apply and if you meet the requirements of the AINP you will most likely be nominated BUT once you apply to CIC for permanent residence and if you are convicted by the court for a criminal act then for sure you will be rejected because cic does run criminality and security background checks on every applicant.if you are convicted of a criminal offence by then you will be found inadmisible to canada and can not be issued an immigrant visa.

Thank you so much for your reply.
Yes i will be applying for Ainp next week and till i am getting nomination, i think i would be cleared with my conviction.

Can you please tell me after i get nomination certificate, in how many months i should apply for CIC? If i dont want to do right away application after getting Pnp.

Appreciate your reply.
Thanks.

You need to file for pr before your nomination certificate expires and they are usually valid for 6 mos

Is it required to put a paystub in my AINP filing?

YES

I am working in a Food industry as a Food service supervisor NOC 6311. I am worried about my wages. My pay is 13.25$ per hour but as per the wage standard in ALIS website it shows the median around $14.20. Does that much matter? Does it get rejected due to my a bit lower wage than the median??
