credit transfer from pgd to ms in project management

hi, i have completed my BE with 63% and applied pgd in canada.. actually i wanted to do ms, since because i have low ug percentage everyone said its very difficult to get admit.. but many advised to do pgd in some good college like humber and transfer my credit to ms in the same field in some university.. but i have a doubt that can i tranfer my credit like that ? even if i can transfer, is that a easy process than applying from india? pls help me to clarify this doubt..because some says its easy and some says its very tough..

Only the university you want to attend can answer this question. Each university makes its own rules. You'll have to contact them to find out the answer.

You should assume that most of your credits will not be transferable.

is there any option that we should apply only to the university which the college has tie up ? or we can apply to any universities which is offering that couse ? because in the college website they have some university partner for which we can transfer our credit..
