Credit Card is blocked!!! How to update info with new card number???

This same thing happened to me, i lost my card and according to forum members advice i am waiting for their letter.My app received on 14th May to CIO though my NOC is still on the list but as i do not hv ielts so I have to wait more than a months to send new application if they send me back full application other than only request for payment.Do not konw what to do if any one got any positive response from call centre pls share your case here.
