I've not shown any of my credit cards either...!!fordori said:Do we have to declare our credit card balance in the proof of funds document? If so, do we have to show past 6 months as well?
Thanks. If I don't have to mention it, then I prefer not to. I was just thinking that I will be paying with the card so it's clear that I do have one... and was wondering whether it was required to provide the details for the card. If I don't have to mention it, I will leave it out. It would take extra time to get it. Thanks everyone.moderator1983 said:I've not shown any of my credit cards either...!!
In case you've any outstanding or liability in any form and you want to show your credit card statement, there is no harm in doing that too.
Make sure arranging documents for your CC shouldn't add any delay for you to submit your application. Also amount in proof of fund should consider the liability due to the CC usage (if any).
What about monthly average balance for 6 months? I am planning to arrange funds through a gift deed from my Dad. Would that suffice?foodie69 said:Rule No 1: If they do not ask for it, do not provide it. Simple. Do not volunteer information that is not required for the process.
