Hi,

My credit card was declined today because of my banks restrictions. I have called my bank and they are saying if they charge again it will go through. Is there any possibility they can charge again.

Thanks,
Umbarsaria.

Yes - CIC should try to charge your credit card again.

My spouse name has three parts (first name, middle name and last name) compared to her name in passport (only first name and last name). Can I use this credit card for FSW application?

Yes u can use any credit card to pay ur Fees but details on card should match with details u fill on form and do write name written on credit card as it is on form which u send to CIC.

No it is not compulsory. Fee payment form clearly says that someone else can also pay. But I will suggest to use dd it takes time but it is safe.

Just inform your bank that not to block any international transaction from "CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION CANADA", if possible also tell him how much amount will be debited from your CC.

Hi Goku,

Please call your bank and let them know they there will be international transaction on your credit card, let it go through. Call them at least twice or thrice, to confirm it, so that they don't declined your card.

Good Luck !

Thanks,
Umbarsaria.

Hi Umbarsaria,

My credit card was also declined once on 22-11-2014. I have sorted out this matter with the bank and they say, now the transaction will get through. Do CIC will try second time. And how many days should i wait for second attempt of card charging by CIC. i also sent them an email explaining the situation.

worried :(

thanks.

Hi nbaloach,

Don't worry they will try again between 3 - 7 days. Call your bank again to make sure that this time your transaction should be approved at any cost.

Good Luck !

Thanks,
Umbarsaria.

Hi umbarsaria,

would like to ask regarding your timeline? when was you app received? Your charging and PER took only a few days apart. That's great. Congratulations

Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect I would like to inform you that I have sent my FSWP application 1114-other financial officers to Nova Scotia which was received on 09 June,2014 at 12.52 but still i am not notified.
I made a query to cic.....but it gave me some link which asks some tracking number.
My application is not returned to my address nor the payment is charged?
what can i do?

Again, I have now another problem. I have given my sister's credit card number(commonwealth bank, sydney). But some fraud advertisement company is taking money from it as she has given the card number and cve to the company. So she wants to change the card. But my payment to cic suppose to be done by that card. How can I change the payment system to cic now?

Again, if i am not eligible how and when will I be informed?

Sincerely yours,
Golam Rabby Masud
