Credit Card Debts in Proof of funds

Hi ,

I live in USA and have credit card debts about the 10000 USD. I get funds for PR from my father through gift deed. I have a doubt whether i need to mention the credit card debts that are not from the same bank which i show the funds or not ? As there are payment activities in the statements of the bank account, which i use to show the funds. Will there be any rejections if don't mention debts. Please advice.

As far as I know if the CC in from the same bank account you need to show your debts.

The debts are not from same bank, but the payment transactions to the credit card company will be visible from the bank statement

Yes, you have to show that in the letter provided from the bank. As long as the debt does not exceed your funds you are good to go.

What if the CC is not same company as that of the bank ? Do i need to still mention those as i used to pay CC through my Bank account?

Usually if the CC is not from the same bank it is not necessary to show the debt. But if you are using your current account to pay your debts you can choose to mention it in the letter of explanation.
