Credit card debt and PR application

Hello folks
My PR application (FSW inland) got rejected (b'cause didn't submit POF) and I moved back to India.
While I was in Canada i maxed out my credit card totaling $20K, and most likely it is going to collection agency very soon...
this was like 4 months ago

My question,
If i get an ITA now, does my credit history gonna screw up my PR approval..???
help would be greatly appreciated

As its within canada, settling the debts are trying would be ideal mode. Else also you may need to show POF above the amount of debts.
Credit history is really an important factor in visa and migration process.

You could be atleast doing minimum payments right
Did you plan not coming back to canada
It would be advisable to clear it though iam not sure if cic agent looks at credit cards
