I have credit cards with Bank of America in the US, as well we savings and checking accounts. I received a letter with the current bank balance and average balance for the last 6 months for the savings and checking accounts, but they are not willing to provide anything for the credit cards. The CIC website states that all account details need to be provided for PoF, but since the bank is refusing to do this, is there any other option? I do not have any written confirmation from the bank for this, it was all verbal. I was considering getting the credit card statements for the last 6 months and having them notarized to submit. Will the notarized credit card statements along with an LoE suffice? Has anyone in the US faced similar issues with Bank of America?

Monthly statements will suffice. You can have your branch stamp on the statements if they are willing to do so.
