Credentials Evaluated

Hey Friends

I need HELP HELP !
I am about to start my credentials evaluated. Which is faster-WES OR IQAS?
My lawyer suggested me to get it done by IQAS. but again, i would want to hear personal experience. Much appreciated

Another confusion i have is that Can any of my friend pick up the degree in sealed envelops from university, or university HAS to send to IQAS Directly?

WES took about 2 1/2 weeks for me (this was last fall), and their website states 20 days. The IQAS website states 9 weeks.

For IQAS, the institution must send the transcripts.
"As part of your application, your academic transcripts / statement of marks for all years of study must be sent directly to IQAS by the issuing institution." https://www.alberta.ca/iqas-immigration-apply.aspx
