Credential for mechanical engineering degree

Hi all,
I want to know that 4-year full time study in Mechanical engineering from india and it equivalent to professional degree in canada? how many point in get in education basis as per 2013? please reply it is 23 point or 22 point. if i get 23 than i get total 67. please please reply if you know.

I am also confused abt that whether we score 22 or 23 points for btech from India which is 4 years. so its a total 16 years of study. plz someone let us know how much we score for our education. Thank you

why ru so worried about ur point? how many points did u count on IELTS?
did u know that anyone can get 24 (full) points on IELTS and yes u also get spouse's point on IELTS ( if u have) . ;D

An individual must pass on each factor with an IELTS of 6.

Points are:
IELTS
4 Points Speak = 6 Listen = 6 Read = 6 Write = 6
5 Points Speak = 6.5 Listen = 7.5 Read = 6.5 Write = 6.5
6 Points Speak = 7 Listen = 8 Read = 7 Write =7
If you do not score 6-6-6-6 on IELTS you are ineligible for further processing
