credential assessment from WES

Dear Seniors,

I am finally about to get started on the express entry process and looking to get my credentials assessed by WES as a preliminary step.

I am Sri Lankan while my MBA is from UK . Under WES's "required documents for ECA applicants", it is stated that the applicant must send copies of degrees to WES as well as the university .(http://www.wes.org/ca/eca/requireddocuments/index.asp)

I have already paid the university in UK to courier my transcripts to WES, do I have to send another pack containing the same docs from Sri Lanka as well? If so, what is the recommended delivery option? And are there any specifications like sealed envelope? Pls do clarify.

Thanks for your response , but it directs you to the same page on the WES website .

it says " Clear, legible photocopies of all degree certificates issued by the institutions attended e.g. Bachelor, Master, Postgraduate Diploma, Ph.D -To be submitted to WES by applicant AND Transcript of academic records issued by the institutions attended - showing all subjects completed and all grades/marks awarded for all years of post-secondary study "

Does this mean two packages containing the same documents have to be sent to WES from Sri Lanka( by me) and UK (by the uni)respectively?
Any clarification is much appreciated .
