Credential assessment for express entry

I am planning to apply for express entry and ECA is required but I am confused which one would be better, I am considering ICAS or CES. can anyone suggest me please?
and also these organizations gives option of directly by applicant in a sealed envelop by HEC. But they also ask for Official Record Request Form for each institution attended that makes me confuse as if it is compulsory to get these forms when documents already been verified and attested by HEC?

I am asking because I am not living in my country (Pakistan) and it is so difficult for me to get this done, moreover, not all Pakistani Institute would send the request form directly I believe.

Can anyone experienced suggest me please how to proceed?

Hi Brother,

I think sending your original documents to HEC and ask them to seal for ICAS, they will seal it and handover to the person you have given, then you can send it to ICAS, i might be doing the same.
