Yes. It took 10 minutes for creation of SIN

Its open till 9 PM. I don't know when it opens up in the morning but should be around 8 AM - 9 AM. Location is near carousel 7 in the baggage collection area. You need to provide them an address. I was told they don't send anything there but need it for there records. Took them just 5 minutes to create one for me and there were no lines around 6 in the evening on a Thursday.
