My visitor visa was rejected and that was too applied from a Canadian immigration lawyer in Canada. Will it create any impact on my spousal visa application?

Also, where do I need to mention about my rejected visitor visa application details?

thanks in advance friends.

No, it won't impact your spousal application. Many people are refused visitor visas.

On one of the forms, it asks you if you've ever been refused a visa/denied entry, just explain it there.

It depends on the reason the visa was denied, but in most cases it won't affect spousal sponsorship! Just make sure to avoid misrepresentation and inconsistencies between your applications.

If you're really worried get the notes from the refused visa and have an immigration consultant look them over for any red flags.
