Can creating a CIC account just for research without having an purpose is wrong or against Canadian gov ??

To avoid any risk can I use fake names and fake email id just for the purpose of research ???

I want to create an express entry profile but before creating one I just want to research it
 
You need to give ECA evaluation report number and dates, language test report number and dates, passport number and dates. Can you fake it?

If I create an CIC account ??is it necessary to create an express entry profile ???
 
It's very straightforward, you don't need an advisor. Get your ECA and IELTS. Then you can sign up and ask everyone here

What do you mean by creating CIC account?
CIC account doesn't necessarily mean Express entry profile.
 
You don't need an agent or an advisor to go through express entry. Ensure you are eligible for the programme you are applying to and follow the CIC guidelines correctly without any exceptions to the rule.

Can u guys specify what what documents related to work experience do I need ???
Should I create a seperate thread or???
I mean what what documents which I be uploading to server related to work experience???
I heard that Australian immigration needs work experience documents be evaluated just like educational documents so is it necessary for Canada ??I know that it is not but how they evaluate skills transferabilty if I don't evaluate my work experience???
