Created an EE profile and lost my GCKey username

Hi all,
I created an EE profile and later lost my GCkey username. I need to update my application. What do I suppose to do now?

FYI: I created a new GCKey account and tried to link my old EE profile application in the new one but the system is saying no application found. I followed the following steps:
Permanent resident/Express entry/Application number and family name and other information.
I'm not sure whether I selected correct key words or not.
Anyone out there had the same problem and solved successfully?

I have the exact same problem. I accidentally revoked my GCKey and created a new one. I have tried everything to link my application but it's saying there's no application found.

I want to just go ahead and create a new EE profile but I'm afraid to do so as I think it would be a violation to have two EE profiles.

Thoughts?
