Look, whether Universities perform well or not (top rated or not), it’s between you and your professors should have good rapport and guide for your future goals. Moreover, you as an individual build network to achieve your goals while studying, irrespective of University rating.

There's no published visa success rate per institution, but there are a quite a number of authentic sources for canadian university ratings online. Moreover, you can do your search here on this website yourself to see visa rates for people applying to private universities and colleges. How many days has it been that you've posted here asking for other people attending this school and you are yet to get a response.

Whether you want to believe it or not, your selected school and program affects the VOs decision.

How many days has it been that you've posted here asking for other people attending this school and you are yet to get a response.
