how much tax refund i can receive from CRA.

Nothing to do with Express Entry. But why would you get a refund. Tax credit maybe.

Well talk to your friend then. Gave you the link but tuition is usually a tax credit. This has nothing to do with Canadian immigration so ask an accountant or on a Canadian tax forum.
