I received CoPR on Monday from Ottawa office, it was honestly very quick (both the CoPR and entire process) neither of us were expecting it.

Regarding landing,

I have a lot of jewelry my husband's family gifted me for our wedding, we can estimate the price, take pictures etc., but we have no receipts...because well, they were gifts. And some of them were purchased in Saudi Arabia or India, so obtaining a receipt somehow would be pretty unrealistic.

Will that be an issue? I have receipts for those purchased in Canada, but that's about it.

They requested a scan of my passport April 21st (wasn't one with initial application), made a decision April 25th and issued the CoPR that day as well (though I didn't find out until 28th on ECAS).

Ottawa is working at top speeds! I received DM today. Application was received on March 21st, only 46 days to DM despite additional doc's requests. I feel over the moon... I will be praying this becomes the new norm for all future applicants! I just can't believe it.

Congratulations!! This is amazing processing time! I am an April applicant, but my anxiety is a bit calmer seeing great news like yours.

My husband will be landing on Monday, and true to form he's left completing his paperwork to the last possible minute. We've already gone through and created all the lists of items that he'll be bringing across and their worth, and the last thing left was to download a B4 and complete the document. The problem is that it appears the link isn't working to access the B4. Does anyone have a blank copy that they can link here for us to download and use?

I have a question though. My Passport expires in 5 months but the email says, the passport should be valid for at-least 6 months. Should I renew it first?

I don't know about how long it's taking right now, but historically 3+ months is normal.

CIC website is showing 51 days at present as the processing time for PR cards.
