Hi All!

2 things-

Could I please be updated on the spreadsheet? My COPR was issued on March 5! Finally- YAY!!

I am going to Niagara on the Lake next weekend and would like to do my landing at this time. Will I be able to do the landing, and then continue to cross into Canada? I will not be officially moving at this time and will not be bringing any goods with me, just the normal personal items for a weekend trip. Do I need to list these on the B4, or not since they will not be staying in Canada? and everything else on a B4 for goods to follow? Can I do the landing process at either the Rainbow or Lewiston Bridge?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks to everyone for always being so helpful throughout this process, I don't know how I would have gotten through without this community

Congrats Cbshk48! Happy landing.
I have no experience with landing but I have heard of people doing the landing and then continuing into Canada. From what I've read it doesn't take more than an hour usually.
I haven't a clue about the B4 forms, though, sorry!

Update: I received my PR card on the 19th of March...I landed 2nd of February so it took approx 6 weeks for me to receive my card in mail...however I look sick in the photo. Oh well. At least I got it

Awesome. I'm still waiting for mine. Expecting a couple more weeks.

Hey everyone I received my COPR yesterday After two years of waiting I'm happy to say the process is almost complete. Thanks to everyone who gave advice and made this wait so much more bearable. It's because of the all the information and recommendations I received from this forum that I was able to make sound decisions with regards to our application. Thanks again! Cheers!

Yes you can do that, however, anything you will bring in the future that you own right now, needs to be on the B4, or you risk having to pay duty on it. You can do your landing at either, it doesn't matter. Congrats!

Congratulations, finally you got COPR!!! Isn't it odd that you received COPR on April Fool's Day? Haha

Hello everyone:

They mailed my COPR on March 3rd and sent it to my address in the US. It has now been 28 days. Has anyone heard of a familiar case to mine, does it take this long? Any advice would be appreciated.

I contacted CPP, they told me they sent it on March 3rd and I have written to them again saying it is probably lost... but they no longer answer...

COPR took 2weeks exactly from the date on the mailing envelope to when it got to my house.

I know right. It's such a wonderful feeling to finally have COPR in hand. Stay positive yours is on its way soon
