I will be landing at Rainbow Bridge, in Ontario. My husband and I just decided that we are going to go over tomorrow, have dinner, and then come back. Apparently they are open to process 24/7.

Awesome! When the time comes for us, that's where we'll be landing as well! :)

How does a Sponsor update their address with the VO? by email? or is there a form or online process? I am a Sponsor who was living in the US with husband, and I have now moved back to Canada (he will stay in the US and work until his PR is approved). I know I was advised in the Stage 1 approval letter to notify them of any changes, and I know they will want proof that I have moved/are moving back to Canada in order to have his PR approved.

Should I just send a change of address or should I also include the proof that I have moved back (lease copy, pay cheque copy, copy of B4 Returning Canadian form, etc.) as a "pre-emptive" move, as I know they will ask for it at some point?

Thanks!!

They've actually started responding to my emails now, so it seems like it! ;) Now just waiting for the COPR to arrive -- we're in BC and mail from Ontario can be slow sometimes.

I don't think I'm near done - it's just painful to read about people like tavora and IvanP waiting soooo long for their visas. Having your life on hold like that is never fun!

Happy Friday everyone :D I woke up to a surprise. My husband has decided to rip up part of the yard and build a flower bed! :D :D: D

Right? The company I work for is supposedly turning the world up on end on Monday, my lease is up at the end of June and my condo being sold, and now my husband is dealing with a major knee problem after being taken to the hospital and is sequestered at home until he sees a specialist. Get this show on the road!! :P

Well I have high hopes that those of us who submitted in December will start hearing things soon with the amount of movement that I've seen in the November applicants thread!
