We need to apply more pressure not in the form of going to our MP's, We need our screaming voices to get heard
Can we petition that CPP Ottawa has so much load and they need to hire more people or something!!!

That might be a good idea. But my MP is not much of a help. They only found out what we know: "Buffalo files were electronically transferred on July 7, 2012 & they are waiting to be reviewed. Contact them again if we don't hear anything in 3 months."!!! I emailed & faxed Minister of Immigration Honourable Jason Kenney but not expecting anything.

Mine is not either, some MP's will say your application is within normal processing times! How come there are many cases (straightforward as ours) with the same Visa Office are already finalized!

I'm getting sick of seeing how many people from March forward are getting movement from Ottawa but for some reason us February applicants have gotten the short stick twice now!! The crazy long wait for stage one is now bleeding in to a crazy long wait for stage two... And I had such high hopes that maybe having to wait three times as long for stage one I would maybe get a fast stage two... when I guess all along I should have know that it was just a preview for continued hell!!!

If it makes you feel any better I'm a March applicant and have heard nothing from Ottawa or LA. And financially we are struggling. :'(

Me too if I go and check my mail then find my wife's COPR in the mail!! That tells much about how CIC works

I sent them an email yesterday and I have yet to hear back but it was funny that they have an automated response for email inquires... I think they need to figure out how to get an automatic email for once the receive your paperwork the first time so that it would take that stress out for people in stage one! I pretty much said I just wanted to make sure they still had it and because their website doesn't have a timeline for the 80% I have no idea if we are still within that time frame I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that we will hear back soon!!! Just thought I would let you all know what we are up to!!

Well....how many CPP-Ottawa threads are there? LOL I wish I could go into hybernating mode and wake up in 6 months to check on things :-\ Hopefully we can have at least an idea or find a pattern on processing times for Ottawa.

There is no pattern, logic, consistency, ... or anything in what they do. It took us 3months for the first stage, Now it takes 35 days! Can they take any of this into consideration!
