Thank you!! It feels so amazing!! I just woke up and the first thing Ive done was checking my Ecas and there it was .. But when I click on DM there's no 4th line still medical results have been received.. I hope yours is on the way too! I'm pretty sure you'll have DM very soon ...

If it makes you feel better, I never got an update after the Oct. 23rd batch. I only got a fourth line after getting a specific doc request for the one doc I knew I needed to add (police record). I sent that in and they don't typically acknowledge it I guess. Anyway, yeah I think 3 lines is cool either way, long as the DM is there you're good to go.

Can you please share your landing experience if you don't mind? What kind of questions did they ask? How long did the process take? What documents did you have on you? What's next - just waiting for the actual PR card?

I think I'll land as soon as I open my mailbox and find a COPR in the next few weeks! (I live in Vancouver and own a car, so it's not hard to get to a POE)

Yes, definitely a relief! Now I'm just waiting for the PR card and also trying to get my car inspected and registered here. Canadian Tire is having trouble getting the daytime running lights module installed. Today is going to be attempt number 2 for them.

Sma2husa, my landing was pretty smooth and uneventful. I landed at the Landsdowne, ON / Alexandria Bay, NY crossing. My partner and I drove down separately, so I could go to Watertown, NY and drop my car off for the mandatory 72 hours in the US thing (for exporting). On the way back to Canada, we told them I was landing, so they had us pull over and park and go into the customs office. They took my COPR and passport and had us take a seat. We waited for about 30 minutes for them to process it and then they called me up to answer the questions on the COPR and sign it (questions were just something about if you've committed any crimes and if you have had changes to your family and/or dependents). Then they asked how much money I had access to in my bank accounts (not sure why, never heard of this one). They seemed satisfied with that and had me sit for another 15 minutes or so while they processed some more. Then they called me up, handed me my passport with the COPR stapled in and directed me toward the customs guy to do my B4 forms. The only thing on my B4 was my car to follow later, so that went quickly. He was very impressed that I filled out the B4 beforehand and said most people show up completely unprepared. And, that was that. I never got the lovely "Welcome to Canada" line or the little Canadian flag that others get, but it was still a good experience. I think I had to wait a bit more than usual because there was a guy in front of me having some admissibility issues trying to come into Canada. I think they were wrapping up his paperwork in the beginning.

Grats all of you that have landed. I never did check this thread before til now. Great to read the successful stories. I guess the waiting for DM is the hardest part of it all. Our app was received August 4th and my PR app was In Process Oct 1st, so judging from reading most of the posts here it will take about 6 to 10 months. So, April of next year roughly. Would be great if I could work til then. But it's great to be with our daughter instead of paying day care.

Thanks for sharing your landing experience. Is there any resources about exporting/importing cars? I have my car here in Canada and have a hard time finding anything that just explains straight out the process for that. I also want to be prepared when it is my time to land in Canada. Appreciate your help in advance.

If we have no goods to follow, i really dont have that much stuff just the two suitcases i will fly with after Christmas when I land, do we still need a B4 goods to follow form ?

Decision Made today!

Sure hope the address change we submitted at the beginning of November has taken effect because eCAS still shows my wife's US address, along with her maiden name. Hate to see the COPR get lost in the mail or have to send it back because she no longer has any ID with that name on it.

I apologize to everyone still waiting. I know over the last few months how frustrated I would feel when I saw someone reporting a DM while we were still waiting. I know we all try and be supportive but there is a little piece of us that always thinks "I wish it was me instead of them." I feel really bad for those who haven't reached this stage yet, especially those who applied before us.

Hi! I received the 'ready for visa' email and i just want to ask for somebodys help.. Im a little bit confused about this

a) You have to submit photos if:
o You submitted a physical paper application to one of the Case Processing Centre in Canada and your file was primarily processed there (such as the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, the Case Processing Centre in Ottawa or the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga) or it was transferred for processing at any other offices worldwide other than the Canadian Embassy in Vienna.

b) You may not need to submit photos if:
o You submitted a physical paper application to one of the Case Processing Centre in Canada (such as the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, or the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga) and you were informed that your file had been transferred for processing to the Canadian Embassy in Vienna.

Im from Vienna, but my application was processed in Ottawa and will be finalized here in Vienna. My question is, do I need passport-sized photos or not?

HELP! MAJOR HELP NEEDED!

Husband just received an email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa asking for TWO IMMIGRATION SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS... I'm guessing they LOST OUR PHOTOGRAPHS. No biggies, hubby will be going to get those done again tomorrow and send them EXPRESS.

QUESTION : It says on the email Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and send your correspondence to CPC-Ottawa at the address indicated below. PROBLEM! THERE IS NO ADDRESS BELOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHERE DO I SEND THE PICTURES?!

HELP PLEASE!
