Sorry - did they ask for your physical passport or just a scanned copy? Usually once you get DM on ECAS you'll get your COPR in the mail a week or two later, if you look at recent trends.

Congrats it must be a relief! I was reading your post history and i'm curious about your experience with your MP. At first, it sounded like they were giving you wrong information and not willing to help because of it. Then it sounded like at some point they were helpful in figuring out what was going on with your app. What convinced them to change?

Application sent to Ottawa as I called twice to CIC agent that`s what they told me. (Not to Ukraine as we expected as it is my home country, we applied as outland but I live in Canada on a student visa for almost 3 years now).
