What should I take with me to local police station? Is there any forms I need to fill out before I get there? In the US I had to fill out the fbi form. Do I fill out the US or the Canadian forms since I am doing it in canada?

You fill out the same form if you are doing it in Canada. You are just paying someone in Canada to do your fingerprints. They are not processing or doing anything for them. You are able to do your own fingerprints if you want but I am assuming you are like me an do not want to chance that lol. If your local police station will not do it than just find somewhere in your area that will do them for you. I paid 22 dollars for them to do mine and it was worth it.

Ink is the same in the US and Canada lol.

Should I send everything that they requested via email except the fbi and finger prints cause they want original document on them. Or wait and send everything together via mail?

Did you say you were in London when they refused to do your priints? I am in Sarnia actually so if you have problems you can always have them done not too far away. Call ahead though because the person that does the fingerprints is only there one day a week! If it was me I would email what you can and then send the FBI clearance after since it takes so long...

They refused to do it when I called them. So I went to the police station today and they gave me a different address to go to. I went and the old man was so damn nice. And got it done and paid 56 dollars for it and monday I will mail it to the US address for the fbi check. I hope to get an answer from them soon.

Should I send everything now via email till I got the letter back from the fbi then mail it to them? Will this expedite the application?

I don't know that answer to that unfortunately. I'm glad you were able to get your prints done though. Like I said mine took about 6 weeks from the day I sent them out.

Did they mail you the letter back to your canadian address or the US address. I requested it to be mailed to the Canadian address.

I would send everything you have now via email with the receipt for the FBI check (if you got one) or a letter saying you're just waiting for the results and you have applied for it. Then when you get the check, send everything in as a hard copy.

FBI current processing time is 22 days, not including mail time. there are definite times during the year it's longer, which seems to be in the fall.

So your saying its better to send it twice? Via email and then as a complete package thru the mail?

That's what I did! It cant hurt, and maybe they'll even start looking at the emailed evidence first while they wait for the FBI check.

That is what I was thinking too. I swear I don't even know why I got a lawyer. Now days they know nothing about anything. I know more than them because of you guys. So thank you again. :P
