CPP Ottawa address

Hi folks I received an email earlier from Case Processing Centre asking me to forward additional documents to the following address,

CPP – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

however the address i'm familiar with from this forum for sending in additional information is

CPP – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1


can someone comment on this please?

That is very strange indeed. Most of us sent documents to the second address. But if explicit asked by CIC to send documents to that address then do as instructed. Just for sanity check reply back to thir email saying that 365 Laurier is for other visa types, and the CIC website states 219 Laurier.

That's Strange. 365 Laurier Avenue West is where Temp. Resident visa docs go,sending from Private courier. Found this info from CIC website:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/ottawa.asp

May be u can call the CIC call center to confirm once again and then send the docs. OR if possible reply on that email. May be wait for seniors to reply and then send. Good Luck!
