CPP-Ottawa 2012 passed estimated processing time....

Hello experts...
I applied for PR January 2012, I have already passed the 11 months estimated processing time. Anybody have the same case... I know some applicants who applied after me already have received PR. I called the CIC Centre and they just give me the information of Ottawa (CIC web page)...
I just want to know is any 2012 applicant is in the same boat.. Thanks

Hey o also applied in January 20 and passed my 11 months period without any news. I'm a bc Pnp applicant and I'm really frustrated to see even people who applied in July getting ppr before me. Last week I sent an email to cpp Ottawa and they said standard reply application in process no action required. I'm really pissed at this system that doesn't follow the first come first served basis.

my file was recieved in march 19 2012. i applied Bc pnp and my visa office was ottawa, im really frustrated right now..i emailed ottawa then they said my application is in process in ottawa.no further action is required by you at this.we thank your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

UHHH, BCPNP applicant!!!!, I am also BCPNP applicant, so maybe the quote for our Province finish and we have to wait until next year.. Very dissapointed!!!

I guess you might be correct. Bc is probably the province with the most applications so the quota might have been filled already. So does this mean that we should be in front of the queue for 2013? Any thoughts?

i think in canada a government agency may be sued at supreme court.

There are only 3500 quote for BC every year, Christy Clark has made it very clear to the Fed it is not enough..
But CIC is not listening....
