I have received the email with "Ready for Visa" subject line on Jun 21st 2017 and send my documents by 22nd Jun 2017 at Ottawa office. How long usually it takes to receive back my passport? What usually come along with passport ? if i need the document related to PR urgently for genuine reason what will be the way to getting it ASAP? Any help will be appreciated.

It will take at least 10 days to 2 weeks if not more. There is no way you can expedite that.

Hello,
After submission when online your profile update?
As they got my passport on 10th Dec. 2018, I did not get any updates stating that we received your passport or anything.
when I should expect to coming back my passport
