CPCO - Final Request : is this email legit?

There is no bar code in my e-mail. It has my EE and UCI number between two star marks.
Further it doesn't contain a e-mail signature.
I hope this is valid.

Open the email on a computer with a pdf reader like Adobe, and you will see the barcode. Apple devices like iphones, ipads will not show the barcode due to an inherent built-in incompatibility with iOs and Adobe products. Why? because the late Steve Jobs apparently hated adobe especially flash..

Anyway I handed over without bar code appearing in my letter.

I also received CPCO-FINAL REQUEST email with subject line READY FOR VISA.

I lodged on 21aug2017 and was not expecting it too soon.

Is this the final step and I will get PR Visa after submission of passport??

you will ready for landing in 3-5 weeks

2. Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member. See our specifications at www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

3. One pre-paid return envelope so that we can return your passport(s) and Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents. See Step 4 for instructions regarding the return envelope.

4. The completed and signed Annex # listing your current mailing address.

since this moment, you will not see any update,,, you will see APPROVED in your CIC account 2-3 weeks after they receive your passport, after that you will receive your passport back in 3-5 working days (exceptional 10 working days)
