Cpco email for Visa Stamping but travel dates mention to be from January 2018 to March 2018

Hi all

Today I received an email from CPCO final request for Visa Stamping but they are asking for travel itinerary ad the dates of Travels must be between January 2018 to March 2018 which is last years. Furthermore, this mail has come directly to my Gmail account I am worried if this is a genuine mail or a misguiding trap.

Your message is confusing. Are they asking for an ADR alongside the PPR? PPR letters don't contain travel itineraries. Please clarify your post so we know how to help you.

What is ADR.

In the mail they have asked to submit passport ,passport sized photograph and travel itinerary or travel tickets,to vfs.
Even i am feeling a bit mislead .
Please help me know further how does a ppr mail should look like,and is there any change in documents r
