Am spousal Outland sponsor. I courier my application to the mississauga office in June 2020. I did not her from ircc till April 14 2021 with n Aor1 from Sydney. Did I send my appl to wrong location which resulted in my delay of submittal of 3 months. Does the delay have significant effect on my application?. Has anyone ever submitted to wrong Ircc location n had ircc forward to the correct one?
