Just got a ghost update and I called IRCC, They said Eligibility, Criminality, Medicals and info sharing everthing is done

As of now I haven't got any Pre arrival or anything
Hoping for DM and PPR soon

What will really make your eyes spin, then, is that I already received pre-arrival, and got the PR portal email:

Good news! We are ready to finalize your status as a permanent resident in Canada.

...but no DM, no eCoPR, nothin'. =_=

And to further weird the situation, in the main gckey portal, several parts of my application are showing as "in process" still.

I got nothing :S I think it's as people have said, it's really random and luck of the draw.

July 2020 - app mailed off from Seattle to Sydney NS
Nov 2020 - came to Canada on a work permit
Dec 2020 - app moved to inland processing at Ottawa, requested biometrics
Dec 2020 - submitted biometrics, requested medical
Jan 2021 - submitted medical
Mar 2021 - submitted medical for non-accompanying minor
May 2021 - pre-arrival email
June 2, 2021 - PR confirmation portal email and submission
July 20, 2021 - web support request to get app linked on gckey and validate they aren't waiting for me on anything
...at this point my PR portal says "in review with IRCC" and my gckey status is still "waiting to process background check" with no DM
Aug 23, 2021 - ATIP request submitted

And that's where we're at. I have some ideas about what is going wrong, and maybe it's just taking a long time to do the PR portal review stuff, but it seems really unusual for it to take 3 months. =_=

I’ve officially hit 6 months since receiving DM and still waiting on PPR…. Almost 18 months of total processing
