I have recently applied for TRV and I need to travel immediately to to India due to an emergency and don’t have enough time to get it stamped in canada. Can I email CPC Ottawa on this email regarding this and ask if I can get it stamped in India?

I decided to get it stamped at Ottawa and sent my passport for stamping as there was no response to my emails or webforms. People in India also have suggested me to get it stamped before leaving to India, as the processing times are too long. I hope this was helpful.
