I got an email before almost one month and says that we will be contacted from Etobicoke office for an interview and nothing till now please if anyone could help on the website it says decision made and the last step is we sent you a correspondence on Jan 21. If anyone in this situation please help

I thought your application is complete already and just waiting for PPR?

So what was the correspondence they sent you on January 21, 2021 regarding their decision on your application? Looks like you're waiting on their decision.

This refers to the Application for Permanent Residence you made under the Protected Person in
Canada class.
We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The IRCC office in Etobicoke IRCC will contact you regarding the finalization of your permanent resident application.
IMPORTANT: You and your family members, if any, will be required to present original identification document(s) to the Canada Immigration Centre at your appointment. A final decision concerning the granting of permanent residence status will be made at that time. If permanent residence is granted, the name that will appear on the confirmation of permanent resident document is your name as it appears on your passport or identity documents.

That sounds positive....you just have to wait until they contact you. Be patient.

I think it was December 31.... it was right at the end of 2020.

Anyone getting any new movements from cpc-M? There has to be a point in time where the backlog there starts moving again.

Has anyone tried to make a letter and let your MP office forward it to IRCC? Because on their previous email they mentioned that, "However, if there's an emergency/urgent situation that you would like to bring to IRCC's attention, we are happy to help you forward a letter of explanation to the responsible office for their review and consideration."

CPC-M is almost Dead for Outland Spousal Sponsorships! So, as our hopes!

Did you see me mentioned anything about asking for a status update? If you didn't send a letter, then clearly the question doesn't concern you. Anyway, thanks for responding.
