The only phone number is the Call Centre. It isn't possible to call the actual VO.

Can you please help/guide me with couple of questions I have in my mind?
Actually my application for spousal sponsorship(outside Canada) was re-opened on 8th of May 2019 after the approval of appeal in ADR and received the updated document,biometrics and medical request on 14th of May 2019 from CPC Mississauga and submitted everything on 20th of May 2019.
On 02 of July 2019 I called cic call centre and was told by the agent that eligibility, criminality and medical etc are passed, and they are processing Security checks.On asking how much time will it take to complete SC, he said there is no exact time frame for the completion of SC.
Should we contact MP? since we're waiting for more than two years and really want this to be over , will contacting MP expedite the process in any way? or there is any way we can contact the CPC Mississauga directly via email? Thank you

P.S: According to cic agent our application will be processed in Mississauga.
