Yeah.. Enrollment is done, and now working on prepration of experience certificate and self evaluation form to claim the exmeptions for article ship and if possible then from SOA & CKE which they may or may not grant.

In addition to that they send me an email to enroll for the Business Laws classes and exams. The last date for this is October 29, 2014. Just trying to check whether my presence is necessary for coaching or I can do it online. In addtion to this looking for the date of exams as well whether it will be suitable for me or not. Hi,

Its up to you how you want to go proceed. If want to challange the exams then you have to enroll before Feb 2015. Otherwise you will be in normal cource of exams. If you will regster now then you have to pay this year's subscription as well which can b avoided by registering in January 2015.

What about experience requirement. I have been in Canada for the last 3/4 weeks.
According to website, we have to meet requirement of experience within 16 months of registration.
It seems to be a vicious cycle. No body is prepared to give us job without Canadian experience.
And CPA is asking us for timely completion of Canadian supervised experience.

Registration fees is $429.
What about fees for Business law classes & exam?
How much is annual subscription after registration?
I want to plan a budget for the same.

I think you are mixing up the things. That sixteen month requirement is only for those people who r registered under University Graduation Registration. Being an internationally qualified accountant this is not required for us. They gave me exemption from this which is shown in the my student record. Registration fee is the same 429 CAD. I am not sure about the year subscription but I should be less than initial fee. As for as Fees for laws are concerned I am checking on different universities as I don't want to enroll in CPA PREP because once u enroll there you will not be able to challange the exam and you have to qualify in a normal path. Once I shall get some information from the univeristies I shall put it here.

Hi, I am CA from India and have filed for PR recently. Can u pls guide on the current route map for obtaining CPA designation for internationally qualified accountants (as all the accounting designations have merged into one CPA and there is no clarity on exemption to Indian CAs) so that I can plan the future ahead of landing in Canada.

Still you have a chance to get CPA with out appearing in any exams. Please read the thread from start u will get some idea. Chartered accountants of Pakistan and India both can get memebership provided that, they have enough managerial experience.
