thankyou like i said i’m posting just incase someone with the same experience will come across can share their experience

If you haven't applied for a TRV yet, please please apply as soon as you can.

Given the current global situation, we are expecting processing for all visas and immigration applications to slow down - possibly slow down significantly depending on how long the current situation lasts. This means that you should be expecting that it may take longer than the expected 12 months to process your outland spousal sponsorship application. It will also take longer to process the TRV. So best course of action right now is to get the TRV application in as soon as possible. If you have already submitted it, then that's good.

Good luck.

thankyou for the advice and not judging me .i was looking into how to apply for trv but the VAC is close as well as the manila visa office .i was suppose to do spousal inland but my father got ill so i took the chance to come home and do outland instead .my children were suppose to follow but then they got into a bad car accident while i was away .and now this global pandemic .my common law partner spoke to our mp and he assumed i may be able to get in with a trv in these worst case sceanario .given that my excuse for overstaying was because of my children’s care as well as they are depressed and sad when my other child died and who mother would leave them at this state .so fast forward today ,i will do a trv online .i was thinking of going to another country to apply like singapore because the one here in manila is close .dont know .i hope you understand why i ask a lot of question .thankyou for the advise

I would not recommend going to another country right now. Apply online. That is the best choice. Good luck.
