Hi I'm working in construction company our company is 10,12 years old we applied for two lmia on February due to covid 19 our hours get reduced and we getting CERB can this impact on lmia approval

1. Why would EDSC approve a LMIA for a company that has reduced the hours of their regular employees?

Of course it'll affect it. If you can't provide hours to your employees already here, why would the ESDC approve you to bring in foreign nationals? They could end up not working if they got approved and arrived . Did you apply for the CESB ?
